Saginbazarova Akzharkin Bolatovna, Associate Professor, Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences, pharmacist – in 1985 she graduated from the pharmaceutical faculty of the branch of the Alma-Ata State Medical Institute. She was employed as a teacher at the Department of Pharmaceutical Disciplines in Marat Ospanov West Kazakhstan Medical University in 2004.
In 2010 at the International Scientific-Production Holding “Phytochemistry” Karaganda defended her thesis on specialty 15.00.01 “Drug technology and organization of pharmaceutical business”. She received the scientific degree of Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences on the topic: Obtaining the oil of grape seeds and the development of a pharmaceutical form on its basis. The author of more than 20 scientific articles, received 1 innovation patent, 1 textbook. In 2022 she was awarded with the breastplate “For contribution to the development of the University”. He is the chairman of the Academic Committee on Pharmacy, develops educational programs.

History of creation:
For realization of educational program “Pharmacy” on special disciplines in 2003 the chair of pharmaceutical disciplines was opened.
The first head of the department was Candidate of Pharmacy Sciences Kenbaeva Raisa Mukashevna, headed the department from 2003 to 2006. Kenbaeva Raisa Mukashevna 1946 year of birth was born in Aktobe city.
In 1970 she graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry of the Leningrad State University. From 1974 – 1977. – Studied in postgraduate studies in 1MMI named after I.M. Sechenov and in 1979 defended her thesis on specialty 15.00..02 – pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmacognosy.
From 1979 – 1993 she worked as a teacher of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry of KazNMU named after S.D. Asfendiyarov. 1993-2003. – Head of research and production laboratories in the sphere of circulation of medicines.
2003 – 2006 – Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Disciplines of ZKSMU named after Marat Ospanov. Has more than 30 scientific publications.
Objective: The main purpose of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University is to train specialists with higher pharmaceutical education to work in the field of pharmaceutical practice and science.
Activity: The Department of Pharmaceutical Disciplines is a graduating department and provides training of specialists in the specialty 6B10104 “Pharmacy”, qualification of Bachelor of Public Health on a full-time course of study
Achievements:
The direction of scientific research of the department:
1) Marketing research of the pharmaceutical market of medicines.
2) Creation of new dosage forms based on domestic medicinal plant raw materials
The main achievements of the department:
The department has 2 candidates of Pharmaceutical Sciences, 1 Candidate of Biological Sciences, 3 Masters of Medical Sciences, 1 Master of Chemistry, 2 Masters of Natural Sciences.
The teaching staff of the department conducts methodological and scientific work. In recent years, 2 textbooks on the history of pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Consulting have been published.”
According to the results of scientific research, about 30 printed works have been published. There are more than 8 copyright certificates and a patent for inventions. Scientific and methodological developments are being introduced into the educational process.
The Department of Pharmaceutical Disciplines is the leading department of the Faculty of Pharmacy. The teachers of the department are actively involved in conducting educational work among students, the teachers were curators of study groups, advisors, heads of student scientific papers. Scientific work is carried out with students, students have certificates, certificates of participation in international conferences and forums.
In 2021 K. Urazgaliev has developed a program for a refresher course. The cycle “Good pharmaceutical practices GPP, GDP” for specialists with higher pharmaceutical and professional education.
